Mera Peak is (6,476 m/21,247 ft) a mountain in the Mahalangur section, which is situated northern part of Nepal, sub-section of the Himalaya and administratively in Nepal's Sagarmatha Zone, Solukhumbu District. At the height of (6,476 m /21,247 ft), this is the most popular trekking and climbing peak in Mahalangur Himalayan region of Nepal.

View from the summit is one of the finest in the Himalaya with five( 8,000m/ 29,028ft) peaks visible: Mount Everest ( 8,000m/ 29,028ft), Lhotse(8,516m/27,939ft), Cho Oyu (8,201m/26,906ft), Makalu (8,481m/27,824ft), and Kangchenjunga (8,586m/28,169ft), as well as other Himalayan peaks linked below. The standard route from the north involves high altitude glacier walking. For this peak ascend need to be good weather and snow conditions are, of course, necessary for safety and success. The west and south faces of the peak offer more difficult technical routes.

For climbing this peak need some technique, physical fit and experienced climbers it is a straightforward ascent, the main hurdle being proper acclimatization to the high altitude. Detail Itineraries

  • Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the Hotel (1,350m/4,428ft)High Spirits assists to welcome and receive you in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu and transfer you to the Hotel for overnight accommodation as per booking. In the evening a welcome dinner will be hosted by High Spirit Trek. Overnight in Kathmandu. (1300M)
  • Day 02Fly from Kathmandu (1,350 M/4,429ft) to Lukla (2,840 M/9,317ft), 25 minutes and trek to Chutenga (335, 4-5 hrs, (Lodging + B-L-D),We take an early morning flight to Lukla from Kathmandu and a landing on a steep mountain runway brings us to the start of our trek at the village of Lukla [2850m]. After landing we meet supporting crew in Lukla and start trekking from there 4-5 hour of walk we reach much beautiful village in Chutenga. Overnight stay in Chutenga. (B,L,D)
