High Spirits provided a nice service and proved to be a great local company. Me and my friend arrived in Nepal totally unprepared and unplanned and they were able to set us up on a trek, we hired most of our equipment through them. Ramesh is very nice and our guide and porter were excellent. If you wanted to trek with a company, I would definitely recommend this one. I would say to people going through high spirits that it isn't an international company so remember you do get what you pay for. We did the ABC trek and at the end of our trek our Porter and guide made us a celebratory cake which was a great little touch. The tea houses were great. When we arrived back to Katmandu we were taken to a nice cultural dinner with dancers and Dahl baht.
